Mix flour through salt in bowl. Add milk to bind together. Roll out to about 1/4" thick. Cut with a 2"x3" diamond cutter. Cut each in half to make triangles. Use a melon baller to make an indentation in the center of each triangle. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 350 degrees 8-10 minutes.
Quickly press a candy into the indentation of each triangle. Return to oven and bake 1 more minute until the candy is slightly melted.
