Coconut Rounds


1 Cup Flour
12 tsp Baking Powder
13 Cup Sugar
12 Cup Toasted Coconut   Sweetened
12 Cup Butter
1 Cup Powdered Sugar   Combine, set aside. You can substitute Lemon extract. 1/2 to 1 tsp water.
12 tsp Almond Extract
12 tsp Water

Combine the first 4 ingredients into a mixing bowl. Mix in butter until it is like a coarse meal. Gather together into a ball. Pinch off dough to form 3/4" to 1" balls. Flatten with the bottom of a glass. Bake 350 degrees 7-9 minutes.

While still warm, brush with sugar glaze and sprinkle on the toasted coconut.
