Chocolate Mint "Noel" Squares


12 Cup Butter   Cream
6 Tbsp Sugar
6 Tbsp Brown Sugar
12 tsp Vanilla Extract   Beat in
14 tsp Water
1 Each Egg
1 12 Cup Flour   Sift and add. Mix well.
12 tsp Baking Soda
12 tsp Salt
12 Cup Nuts   Optional, chopped nuts. Add and stir in.
1 Cup Mint Chocolate Chips   6 Ounces
12 Cup Powdered Sugar
2 Drops Green Food Coloring
2 Drops Peppermint Oil   (or 1/8 tsp peppermint extract)
1 Each Water   Add a little, until "drizzle" consistency.

Spread in greased 13" x 19" pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake 375 degrees for 2 minutes. Remove from oven. Run knife through to marbleize. Return to oven. Bake 12-14 minutes. Coll, cut in squares.

Put frosting in Ziploc sandwich bag. Cut corner and drizzle frosting on each square. (I wrote "NOEL".)
