Almond Shortbread

Ingredients:

1 14 Cup Flour   Stir together in small bowl. Almonds are unblanched, finely chopped.
13 Cup Almonds
14 tsp Salt
12 Cup Butter   Beat together about 2 minutes. Stir in Flour mix.
13 Cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Almond Extract
12 Cup Chocolate Chips   (for drizzle)
1 Each Powdered Sugar   (as needed for garnish)

Divide dough into 4 parts. Form each into balls. Pat or roll balls to 4 1/2" flat, round. Smooth edge of each. Press with tines of fork around the edge if desired. Cut each round into 6 equal wedges, but do not pull them apart. Bake 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes until lightly brown at edges. While still hot, recut rounds into wedges and remove to wire rack to cool.

Melt chocolate chips in microwave. Put in Ziploc sandwich bag, cut tip off corner. Put chocolate in and pipe zigzag pattern on each wedge. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Redust when serving.
